REFUND POLICY
All T’s Craft Garage pottery products are handmade and might have flaws, including but not limited to:
- sharp textures
- cracks
- pitted clay or glaze
Teresa visually inspects all of her products and maintains a high Standard of Quality. She polishes sharp textures and removes cracked pottery, but flaws are still common and every pot probably has one.
CAUTION: Pottery will break if dropped or banged against hard surfaces
- Broken Pottery can not be repaired
- Broken pottery shards are sharp and can be dangerous. Dispose of them in the garbage.
Custom Products
Custom Products can not be returned or exchanged unless they were damaged during transit. If your pottery package arrives broken, then we will ship you replacement pottery at no cost, or refund 100% of your order cost, including shipping costs. However, we require that you email us photo evidence of your broken pottery first: teresa@tscraftgarage.com
Balms
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Packages that are Lost, Stolen, Returned as Non-Deliverable, or Arrive Damaged.
We are not able to offer refunds or replacement pottery for packages that are lost, stolen or “returned to sender.” When purchasing pottery, you must enter a shipping address that is safe to receive packages from the United States Post Office. You are responsible for entering a proper shipping address that is safe to receive your packages.
